Pretty Parlor
This is my friendly neighborhood go-to place for all my waxing needs. I love this place because they’re so efficient, fast, painless — and it’s super cute to boot! They recently expanded in size and moved into a larger space within the same building. It’s exciting to watch a local business grow like that. Now they have even more space to decorate with cute things! Also love the complimentary sparkling wine they give me every time I visit.

OPI Texas Collection
My little sample kit (“lil’ shooters”) of the OPI Texas Collection came in yesterday! Included are the shades Do You Think I’m Tex-y, I Vant To Be A-Lone Star, and Austin-tatious Turquoise.
Being that I am a native Texan and all, I am beaming with pride.
