Bows, Backs, and Breezes. Me, infront of the sentinel building for my birthday dinner date! I love this dress (though I don’t wear it often enough) because it looks simple and casual in the front but then has a surprise and instantly more chic bow-detail in the back.

Potrero Hill Pretty! Yay, the weather is FINALLY warming up again which means sundress season is back on! I decided to take advantage of my work-from-home day, get pretty (I have a hair appointment later at Oxenrose), and go cafe hopping around the city. This picture was taken in Potrero Hill, and I’m wearing a dress I got on sale for $7 at Forever21 plus a ruffled vest by Kensie.

Yay, the weather is FINALLY warming up again which means sundress season is back on! I decided to take advantage of my work-from-home day, get pretty (I have a hair appointment later at Oxenrose), and go cafe hopping around the city. Cupid on Crack V-Day Outfit. Yet another dress from Thailand (I haven’t been since I was 2, my stepmother brought all of these back for me recently), paired with red tights and my Hard Candy heart sunnies. I ran around the office delivering little Valentines (yes, the kind you give out in grade school) dressed like this. People probably either think I’m really endearing or on crack/trapped inside the body and mind of a 10 year old girl. My hair looks gross.

Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, TX This is an old outfit picture from this past December when I was home in Texas for the holidays. I did an art museum day at the DMA + Nasher, neither of which I had been to in the past four years. It was nice to see old favorite pieces as well as new ones, and apparently my art history knowledge hasn’t completely left me because I scored pretty well in the guess-which-artist-made-this game. The dress I’m wearing is yet another one from Thailand, paired with black tights and this blazer I got at a thrift store in high school and found in my bedroom closet at my mom’s house.
