My cousin just moved into her new apartment in Austin, TX. It has a spacious backyard and two hammocks. So dreamy! I’d love to have something like that to lounge outside in with my kindle.

We went out to Berkeley to this place called Indian Rock. It’s a gigantic rock in the ground that happens to have some convenient stadium seating. We saw 3-4 different fireworks shows (Oakland, Embarcadero, Golden Gate Bridge, and Sausalito or something). Pretty boss.

Central Coast Chillin’
My weekend trip to SLO was so much fun! There was just the perfect amount of stuff to do— we ate at a slew of fabulous if not eccentric restaurants, we hiked, we beached, we tasted wine, and we hot tubbed on the side of a mountain (probably my favorite part). Here’s a picture from our hike along the Montana de Oro State Park. I will be uploading fancy pictures taken with Rob’s SLR once we find either a cable or card-reader for it…
