Bay To Breakers
Every year in San Francisco there is this huge marathon called Bay to Breakers (where you basically run across the entire width of the city). Sure, lots of cities host marathons but what makes this one unique is that there’s the actual race… and then there’s the ‘walking’ marathon of people drinking behind the runners, partying in the street. This year was my first so my outfit was very tame and not very well organized. We saw some really elaborate costumes, probably even more so than I saw on Halloween night. People go all out for this shit! I saw so many naked people too, it was weird. I also got kicked in the face by my friend when he tried to drunkenly jump a face, so, yeah… very exciting times!
